We are excited that you'll be joining us for a weekend away to celebrate the marriage of Bethany Del Lima and Owen Otto at Evergreen Lodge. The itinerary for the weekend is as follows:

Friday, September 14, 2007: Everyone arrives at Evergreen Lodge at various times (check-in is anytime after 3:00 PM). In the evening we'll have a barbeque dinner from 7:00-9:00 PM around the fire pit near the camping area. If you arrive early enough, please join us.
Saturday, September 15, 2007: The ceremony will start at 3:30 PM in the nearby meadow, followed by a group photo, and cocktail hour. The dinner and reception will be held at Evergreen from about 5:00-11:00.
Sunday, September 16, 2007: Feel free to join us for brunch from 9:00-11:00.


The ceremony will take place in the meadow across from Evergreen Lodge at 3:30 PM on Saturday. It is a short walk through the woods on a dirt path. It is also accessible by vehicle. After the ceremony, we'd like everyone to pose for a large group photo in the meadow.

Evergreen is a casual place so be sure to bring clothes appropriate for the outdoors. Other than that, please wear whatever makes you feel comfortable (we're actually partial to clown costumes and space suits). Casual to semi-formal attire is appropriate for the ceremony. The path to the meadow is dirt, so spiky heels are not recommended.


We should expect Yosemite's typical September Indian summer weather, so it should be warm during the day and cooler in the evening. Bring warmer layers for the evenings.


For dinner on friday, we will have a BBQ around the fire pit near the camping area from 7-9 PM.


Brunch will be served in Tuolumne Hall from 9-11 AM on Sunday, September 16.
