This may feel inappropriate to some (I apologize!), but we had to incorporate my pregnancy into our costume, and we just saw Rosemary’s Baby at the Castro Theatre.

We found out that we were having two girls! They could see labia on both of the fetuses. We’re pretty happy about this. A boy and a girl seems “perfect”, but we were relieved not to have two boys and we’re hoping that they will be closer because they’re the same sex. Anyway, it’s wonderful news.

After 13 years in San Francisco for me, and 6 for Owen, it is with some sadness that we move to the Oakland over the bay. We can just get more space for the money over there, and live in a place that’s more family-friendly. We are in a great neighborhood on the border of Berkeley and in walking distance to playgrounds, stores, and restaurants.
