Jen, Deneb, Owen, and I had to get together one last time for a ‘glamorous’ photo shoot before we become parents.

My next door neighbor Lisa is also pregnant with twins and she’s due around the same time. Hers are identical though. She thinks they may be boys, but is going to be surprised. It would be funny if there were 4 girl babies around.

The baby shower was fun. We had about 25 friends and family there, and Mark and Patrick created a memory game with, yes, photos of creepy twins. Mark and others made “high tea” food: little sandwiches, scones, tea, etc…

Unfortunately, I forgot to take photos, but here are few that someone took with my camera.

Our friend Jen is also pregnant, due a few weeks earlier.

Even though I was suffering from severe fibroid pain, I didn’t want to miss Radiohead and Beck, which was a good thing, because all that walking and standing ameliorated the pain even though the doctor prescribed bed rest.
